The building integrates traditional Jerusalemite language with a contemporary interpretation. Reflecting the urban character, the building envelope is clad in Jerusalem stone using three stonework techniques: Tobzeh on the ground floor—as a tribute to historical construction—and Mutabeh and Talatish on the upper floors to create visual lightness and refinement. The finishing materials are light-colored, featuring meticulous detailing and a sense of continuity from past to present. The balconies incorporate smart solutions, including Sukkah balconies in accordance with Jewish law and standing balconies in the master bedrooms.
The project is located in the Givat HaMatos neighborhood of Jerusalem, a new neighborhood situated at the seam between Talpiot, Gilo, and Hebron Road, connecting the city center to southern areas. The area is undergoing significant development, with large-scale construction plans including over 3,000 new housing units alongside expansive green open spaces, educational institutions, cultural and community centers, and convenient access to public transportation—including the planned Blue Line of the Light Rail.
